4. Withdrawals and Payouts

6.3 Disconnections

Upon reconnection, you will see the final outcome of any game rounds that completed during the disconnection. For live dealer games, if you disconnect before completing required actions (such as hitting or standing in blackjack), the dealer will play your hand according to house rules. 7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 tm777's Right to Suspend Accounts

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, tm777, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF tm777 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

tm777's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the date the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in their entirety.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or your relationship with tm777 shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and tm777's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal resolution through binding arbitration conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

11. Changes to Terms

tm777 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes to the Terms, we will notify Players by posting the revised Terms on the Website with an updated "Last Updated" date, sending email notifications to registered email addresses, or displaying prominent notices on the Platform. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
